While it may be Oakland’s newest neighborhood, Northlake is about honoring what already makes this city great — its people, its culture, and its sense of possibility.

Formerly Auto Row, Northlake is now home to an intersection of thousands of residents, top-tier companies, and dozens of Oakland-grown restaurants, bars, entrepreneurs, and retailers.

What was once a parking lot at 2270 Broadway has now become a dynamic public space.

Lot 2270 will host everyday community gatherings, weekly events, and large-scale activations.
