Curvy Little Sipper Cup

This is a hand thrown ceramic piece done on a potter's wheel. It is made of a white stoneware finished a red shino glaze and a satin matte black glaze band with an unglazed base exterior. The red shino will have variations in glaze firing, from orange to gray to green/black, all with a silvery finish and can include a burnout which shows how close it was to the gas fire entering the kiln. it is absolutely beautiful. Since they are handmade forms, they may vary slightly from one to the next as will the glazes. They are a great size for a small tea, cappuccino, or bourbon. They are very comfortable nestled in your hand with the curvy shape. Perfect for your home or office bar or coffee station. Guests will love them and so will you.
