Sea Urchin Spoon Rest/Saucer

This is a hand thrown ceramic piece done on a potter's wheel. It is made of a white stoneware finished with either a glossy white, dark water blue, satin matte black, celadon.turquoise, or matte stone grey glaze. The dots are all placed by hand with white slip. The edge has been embellished with hand made barnacles for that touch of whimsy. They are large enough to hold a spatula or the largest serving spoon. They even work well as a saucer for your favorite mug. A stunning addition to your kitchen or coffee station. They are perfect for your beach or vacation home. Guests will love them.
