These are hand thrown stoneware pieces done on a potter's wheel. Then they is carved just like a jack o lantern. Made of a white stoneware and finished with a variation of earth tone or shino glazes and a texture emerald glaze on the stem. They are ready to make the heartiest trick-or-treaters shriek with delight and a smile they won’t forget. The pumpkins looks fabulous at night with a candle underneath to light up it’s face alone or with a friend. They are high fired and can be used indoors or out. These pieces will definitely make people notice and talk. They will be the hit of the evening. I recommend using an led light instead of a real candle. A real candle may make the pumpkin hot to the touch.
